    Class Description:

    Consider this your basic introduction to AAON service, troubleshooting, installation, and programming of AAON HVAC equipment.

    Class Description:

    This class is a high-level overview of the AAON Orion Controls System. We will review and discuss the available/necessary tools and how to set up various sequences, configurations, and setpoints. The primary tool for connection in the field is the USB-Link 2.

    Class Outline:

    • AAON Controls Overview and Evolution

    • Sequences of Operation (VAV, MAU, SZVAV, CAV)

    • VCC-X2 Configuration

    • Setpoint Configuration & Tuning

    What you will learn:

    The manufacturer’s guidelines for installing the piping and wiring systems connected to the indoor and outdoor LG VRF air conditioning equipment. This course will certify the attendee for two years as an LG VRF Installer and make them eligible to receive LG extended warranty.

    Prerequisites:

    • Advanced technical knowledge of commercial a/c, heat pump, and applied systems.

    • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

    • Must be employed by a company that is responsible for Installation, Service and Commissioning of LG Multi V™ equipment.
       

    Course Requirements:

    All attendees are required to bring a laptop or a tablet (Apple or Android) to class. 

     

    LGMV cable or WiFi kits are recommended but not required for the MLV-01 class.
